- Students attending the Prom on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, will be dismissed at 11:00 a.m. Students must have a note, signed by a parent, giving them permission to leave school early.
- Students are to return to school at 10:15 a.m., Thursday, May 14, and report to the auditorium for attendance and sent to class
- The graduation fee for this year is $165 and is due by Tuesday, May 26. This fee covers the following graduation expenses: caps, gowns, diplomas, diploma covers, programs, breakfast, flowers, and decorations (Students may keep their caps and gowns). Please have your child bring their money to the Main Office at which time they will receive their graduation announcements and tickets. Each graduate is entitled to 4 guest tickets to graduation.
- Stay home if you're sick, especially with a fever.

Period F - 9:40 - 11:10 a.m.

Period D - 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.

The Baccalaureate Mass is Monday, June 1 at 8:30 a.m. in Saint Mary Church. Immediately following the Mass, the graduates and their parents/guardians will report to the auditorium for a breakfast. At that time, scholarships will be awarded by various community groups. It is important that you complete the enclosed reservation form and return it immediately to the Main Office. This will assist us in preparing for the correct number of breakfast meals we will need.
Graduation is at 7:00 p.m., in Saint Mary Church, on Monday, June 1. All graduates are to report promptly at 6:00 p.m. to their homerooms.
Mandatory graduation practice is at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27 and Thursday, May 28. All students are to assemble in the auditorium. No uniform is necessary.
