This letter is to inform you that the school year will end on Friday, June 12, 2009. This is a result of the three days we lost in September, December, and March. Student attendance will be taken.
Listed below is the final examination schedule for the underclassmen:
Monday, June 8
Period A - 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.
Period H - 9:40 - 11:10 a.m.
Tuesday, June 9
Period B - 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.
Period G - 9:40 -11:10 a.m.
Wednesday, June 10
Period C - 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.
Period F - 9:40 - 11:10 a.m.
Thursday, June 11
Period D - 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.
Period E - 9:40 - 11:10 a.m.
Students will be following the Regular Day Schedule for the week of June 1-5.
Friday, June 12 will be a single session day schedule for students.
Please Note: Due to a scheduling problem, the meeting to review the college application process has been changed to 7 P.M., Tuesday, June 16, 2009. All underclass parents/guardians are welcome to attend.
