This is Dan Short, Director of Technology at St. Mary, and I’d like to give you an update on our phone system.
At 2:00 PM, we successfully completed the upgrade to our phone system. You may call the school as you normally would. Please be advised of a few items when calling:
- We have a new greeting and menu. Please listen carefully as the menu has probably changed.
- There are new extensions for all phones. We now have a four-digit extension setup. All extensions are the same except they now begin with a 2, for example, Judy Moretti is now extension 2211 instead of 211.

Beginning at 11 AM on Thursday, December 16, we will be having a new phone system installed. The installation of the phone system is expected to take several hours. During this time, you may be unable to contact the school while Verizon switches lines to our new provider, and the new provider installs the physical components of the system.
