Thanks to the PowerSchool platform, interaction with faculty, students and parents has been simplified, making it the most user-friendly system on the market. PowerSchool allows SMHS to improve communication and transparency between parents, students, and teachers.

How do I access PowerSchool?

To access PowerSchool, you can either go through the PowerSchool website at https://psrcan.psisjs.com/public. You can also download the PowerSchool from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store using the links to the right.

I've downloaded the app but it's asking for a district code. Where can I find the code?

To login to the PowerSchool Mobile app on your Android or Apple device, you will need to provide a District Code. Our code is NDSR.

How do I find my user name & password?

Please note: PowerSchool user names and passwords will be mailed home at the end of August.

Parents who have used PowerSchool through another RCAN school should log in using their previous account information. If you do not remember your account information or are having issues, please email pshelp@stmaryhs.org.

My child's previous school used PowerSchool. Do I need to create a new account?

I have more than one student at SMHS. Do I need to create a new account for each student?

No, you don’t. If you already have a PowerSchool account, contact the PowerSchool help desk at pshelp@stmaryhs.org and they can link additional students to your account.

If you don’t have an account, then you can add multiple students to your account during account creation. You will need the letter that includes the Student Access ID and Student Password for each student.

I have a student in another school that uses PowerSchool. Can I connect the two accounts?
